What is realistic
Modest, gradual firming and improved definition along the jaw and lower face. Most people describe the change as looking fresher or better rested rather than visibly lifted.
If you have significant skin laxity or excess tissue, this will not address it and we will say so at assessment rather than take your money and disappoint you six months later.

Frequently asked
Is it a facelift alternative?
No. It produces modest gradual firming. It does not lift significant laxity and it is not comparable to surgery.
Does it hurt?
You will feel deep heat and occasional prickling as energy is delivered. Most rate it four to six out of ten. Numbing is available.
Is there downtime?
None. Some tenderness for a day or two.
How soon will I see results?
Nothing immediately. Firming develops from week eight to twelve and peaks around six months as new collagen forms.
How long do results last?
Typically twelve to eighteen months, after which maintenance is advised. Ageing continues regardless, so this slows rather than stops the process.
How many sessions will I need?
Usually one, occasionally two. This is one of the few treatments where a long protocol is not required.
