Aglow operates from a purpose-designed clinic in Puzuthivakkam, Chennai, with private treatment rooms, documented sterilisation, single-use consumables where applicable, and a hygiene protocol any client may ask to see.
Our standards
Single use where it matters
All needles, cartridges and disposable consumables are sterile, single use, and opened in front of you.
Documented sterilisation
Reusable equipment is sterilised to a written protocol with logged cycles. The log is available on request.
Fresh linen per client
No exceptions and no reuse between clients.
Patch testing
Required before first use of any active or laser treatment, at the interval specified for that treatment.
Private rooms
Every treatment takes place behind a closed door with no interruptions.
Equipment servicing
All devices are serviced and calibrated to schedule, with records maintained.
Ask us
If you want to see the sterilisation log or the hygiene protocol, ask at reception. We will show you. Any establishment that will not show you these things is telling you something worth hearing.
