How it works
The device performs four actions in sequence: it loosens debris and dead cells, exfoliates the surface, extracts congestion using gentle suction rather than manual pressure, and infuses hydrating and protective serums. Because extraction is done by suction, there is less trauma to the skin than manual extraction, which matters on pigment-prone skin.
The Aglow method
We adapt the serum selection to Chennai conditions. Skin here is frequently dehydrated and congested at the same time, which is counterintuitive and often mistreated as simply oily. We hydrate while we decongest rather than stripping, because stripped skin produces more oil, not less.

Does a HydraFacial hurt?
No. Most people describe it as a mild vacuum or tugging sensation. It is one of the more comfortable treatments we offer.
Is there downtime?
None. Skin may look slightly flushed for under an hour. Many people book it before an event for this reason.
How soon will I see results?
Immediately. Skin looks clearer and more hydrated the same day, and the effect typically holds for one to two weeks from a single session.
How is it different from a medi facial?
A HydraFacial is device-led and focused on cleansing and hydration. A medi facial is actives-led and focused on correcting a specific concern. Many clients alternate between them within one protocol.
How many sessions will I need?
One is enough before an event. For sustained change in congestion or dullness, six to eight sessions every four weeks.
Can I do it before a wedding or shoot?
Yes, two to three days before is ideal. If it is your first session with us, come at least two weeks ahead so we can see how your skin responds.
Will it help my acne?
It helps congestion and blackheads. It does not treat active inflamed acne, and we will recommend something else if that is what you have.
