Exosome Therapy for Hair

Signalling molecules delivered into the scalp to support the follicular environment and improve hair and scalp condition. Used for thinning and reduced density, generally across a course of sessions, and it works best when the underlying cause of the hair loss has been identified first.

Cause before treatment. Hair loss has many causes, and several are medical: thyroid dysfunction, iron deficiency, hormonal conditions, autoimmune causes, medication effects and nutritional deficiency among them. If you have not had blood work and a proper diagnosis, we will ask you to see a doctor first — we would rather delay your treatment than take payment for a protocol that cannot work.

What is realistic

Improved hair and scalp condition, reduced shedding, and improved density in areas where follicles are thinning but still active. It does not regrow hair in areas that have been completely bald for years, because the follicles there are no longer viable.

Who it is not for

  • Advanced hair loss with no remaining follicular activity
  • Undiagnosed hair loss, until investigated
  • Active scalp infection or inflammation
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Anyone with an unmanaged underlying medical cause

Frequently asked

Will it regrow hair I have already lost?

It supports follicles that are thinning but still active. Areas that have been completely bald for a long time have no viable follicles left, and no scalp treatment changes that.

How soon will I see results?

Reduced shedding is often noticed within four to six weeks. Density change takes around three months, because hair grows slowly.

How many sessions will I need?

Three to six, spaced three to four weeks apart, with review afterwards.

Does it hurt?

Topical numbing is applied. Most people describe brief stinging and manage comfortably.

Do I need blood tests first?

If your hair loss has not been investigated, yes, and we will ask you to see a doctor. Treating the scalp without knowing the cause rarely works.

Is there downtime?

None. Scalp tenderness for a day. Do not wash your hair for twelve hours.
